Please see general statement regarding side effects. Side effects may include: back pain, flushing of your face, headache, muscle aches, stuffy or runny nose, upset stomach

If Cialis is taken with certain other drugs, the effects of either could be increased, decreased, or altered. It is especially important to check with your doctor before combining Cialis with the following: alcohol, antacids, anti-HIV medications called protease inhibitors (such as ritonavir or saquinavir), erythromycin, grapefruit juice, itraconazole, ketoconazole, medications called alpha-blockers (such as doxazosin or tamsulosin) used to treat high blood pressure or prostate problems, nitrates, other medicines to treat high blood pressure (such as amlodipine, bendrofluazide, enalapril, losartan, or metoprolol), or rifampin.

Cialis is not for use in women.

If you are taking Cialis as needed, it is not for regular use. Take it only before sexual activity. If you are taking Cialis once a day and miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the one you missed and return to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses at once.

Do not take Cialis if you are allergic to it or any of its ingredients. Do not take Cialis if you take any medicines that contain nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, or isosorbide dinitrate). If you take Cialis with these medicines, your blood pressure could suddenly drop to an unsafe or life-threatening level. Do not take Cialis if your doctor told you not to engage in sexual activity due to a heart disease or other heart problems.
